How do I activate my card?

Your card is ready to use as soon as it's created (virtually via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and for online payments).

What should I do after receiving my card?

Go to the app, tap on the “Cards” tab at the bottom, then you’ll see your list of cards.
Tap on the card in question, then tap “Activate my card” and follow the steps.

You must confirm reception of the card in your mobile app.

Why confirm that I’ve received my card?

In-store payments (with PIN or contactless) are blocked until the card has been confirmed as received, for security reasons.

By confirming reception, you will be able to:

• Make contactless payments

• Benefit from monthly spending limits up to €50,000

Card activation is not possible on desktop or mobile browsers.
