How do I create, freeze, or deactivate my card?

Here’s a quick guide to help you create, freeze, or deactivate your card and manage these key actions easily.

All these options are available from the app or your desktop.

Create a card

To create a card, go to the “Cards” tab and follow these steps:

• Select the user to whom the card will be assigned.

• Choose the account you want to link to this card.

Depending on the card type:

• If it's a virtual card, you're all set — you can use it immediately.

• If it's a physical card, enter a delivery address.

🛑 Note: Delivery is currently only available in France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.

Then confirm the operation to finalize card creation.

Freeze a card

• Go to your account and select the relevant card.

• Click on “Freeze card”, then confirm the action.

Once frozen, all payments with this card will be blocked.

You can unfreeze the card at any time with two-factor authentication (2FA).

Deactivate a card

The steps are similar to freezing:

• Select the relevant card and click “Deactivate card”.

• Confirm the operation.

⚠ Unlike freezing, deactivation is permanent.
