How to top up your Hero account?

To top up your Hero account, you just need to make a bank transfer from your bank.

Steps to follow:

  1. Add your Hero account as a beneficiary in your bank.

    ◦ To find your Hero IBAN:

    • On the web dashboard: Go to the Account Settings section of the relevant account.

    • On the mobile app: Go to the Account Settings section.

  2. Enter the amount you wish to transfer to your Hero account.

  3. Confirm the operation from your bank.

If your bank offers instant transfers, your Hero account will be credited within a few minutes.

How long does it take for my account to be credited?

  • Instant transfer: Your Hero account is credited within a few minutes.

  • Standard transfer: The credit takes 2 to 3 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

And if I use other Hero products?

If you’ve activated products such as online payment collection, the funds collected will be automatically credited to your main Hero account.
