Make a transfer

At Hero, we only accept SEPA transfers.

Any transfer from a non-SEPA country will be automatically rejected.

You can make transfers either to an internal account you’ve created beforehand or to your beneficiaries.

Choose an option

• To a beneficiary
  Make an instant transfer to a beneficiary.

• Between accounts
  Make an instant transfer between your Hero accounts.

Once you’ve made your selection, you’ll just need to choose the account to credit, the account to debit, and the amount. You’ll also have the option to attach an invoice or supporting document if desired.

Our transfers are instant, except for banks that are not eligible.

Transfer limits are:

• The account balance

• For instant transfers: up to €100,000. Beyond that, the transfer is sent as a standard transfer and may take 2–3 business days to process.
