Where can I download my RIB?

You can download your RIB directly from your client portal, either from the web dashboard or the mobile app. Here are the steps to follow:

On the web dashboard

  1. Log in to your online client portal.

  2. Select the relevant account.

  3. Click on the Account details tab.

  4. An option to download your RIB will be available in the Bank details section. Click on it to get the document.

On the mobile app

  1. Open the app and log in.

  2. Access the relevant account.

  3. Tap the icon in the top right corner, then select Bank details.

  4. You’ll find an option to download your RIB.

What to do if you have trouble downloading your RIB?

If you're experiencing difficulties:

  • Check your internet connection.

  • Make sure you're using the latest version of the mobile app or an up-to-date web browser.
