How to take a high-quality photo of your ID, passport, or French residence permit?

The photo of your ID is taken live during the KYC (identity verification) step. You will be asked to take a photo or video of both your identity document and your face.
Our system will verify that the two match and that the document is valid.

Make sure to:

• Clean your phone camera lens

• Hold your phone steady without shaking

• Properly frame all four corners of the document

• Make sure all details are clearly legible by zooming in 🔎

After taking the photo, confirm that the information is readable.
If you have any doubts about the image quality, feel free to retake the photo before submitting it.
