Which invoices can I submit to HERO?

Any invoice submitted to HERO must comply with legal invoicing requirements.

Your invoice must:

• Be dated less than 30 days ago

• Not have been paid beforehand

• Be for a minimum amount of €100 (incl. VAT)

• Be issued in euros (€)

❌ Deposit invoices or pro forma invoices are not eligible

General conditions:

• The total credit line cannot exceed €50,000

• Your personal available balance is shown in your HERO dashboard and cannot be exceeded

• In case of a dispute with a supplier, repayments to HERO must still be honored

• You must either:
  – Grant Open Banking access to all your professional bank accounts
  or
  – Have used your HERO account for at least one month
